This is a fresh white wine, slightly sparkling and pale yellow in colour which has been blended by our winemakers after a careful selection of native grapes.
It has a fruity and delicate clean nose.

An excellent appetitive and compliments well with lean hors d’oeuvres, shell fish and poultry.

Serve at a temperature of 5-8o C.
