Typical Geographical Indication

A red obtained by a careful maceration which is prolonged from grapes cultivated in the area of the Salento, known as "Primitivo".

The ruby red colour has reflections of granite, a persistent and intense nose and a dry, velvety flavour.

It is recommended to uncork the bottle two hours before, serving at a temperature of 18-20 degrees C and is a well accompanied with red meats, game and seasoned cheeses.

Alcohol: 14% vol.
