This fine wine is obtained by a maceration of grapes at controlled temperatures from grapes provided by members of the 'Brindisina'.

Ruby red in colour with purple reflections, this elegant and well balanced wine is crisp in flavour, smooth and velvety.

Well suited with red meat and seasoned cheese; best served at room temperature

Alcohol : 13% vol
