A deep red wine, aromatic in fragrance and a good bouquet, this wine is typical of its geographical indication, which is obtained by maceration, at a low temperature, Malvasia Nera grapes from Brindisi.

Suitable with vegetable soups, semi matured cheeses and roulade of tripe.

Uncork the bottle a few minutes before pouring at a temperature of 18° C.

Alcohol: 14% vol.
