A "D.O.C."
wine, (mark guaranteeing the quality and origin
of a wine), of bright cherry colour obtained
from winemaking with Negroamaro and Malvasia
Nera grapes, separated after 10-14 hours of
contact with its peel.
Delicate in fragrance yet intense, with a pleasant
dry taste, with an underlying slightly bitter
hint of toasted almonds.
Suitable with Italian hors d'oeuvres, fish soups
and oven baked fish.
Uncork and
allow a few minutes before pouring at a temperature
of 12 - 14° C.
Alcohol: 13%
