This is a white wine, with a straw colored tint which has persistent golden reflections, obtained from winemaking with Chardonnay grapes, when maturation reaches its advanced stage. In fact its alcohol content averages between 12-13°.
This wine expresses a fine and continuous bouquet of pineapple, green lemons and white pepper.

Of well-rounded flavor and full of taste, this wine is suitable with fish soups, vegetable flans and soufflé's.

Serve at a temperature of between 6 and 8°C
