IL CHIOSTRO
Brindisi Red Wine - D.O.C.

Wine obtained from a prolonged maceration of the Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes of Brindisi with a deep ruby red colour and tints of garnet, this wine dry.

Uncork the bottle at least an hour before poured. Suitable with roasts, game and cheeses.

Serve it at a temperature of 18 - 20° C.

Alcohol: 13% vol.
