This straw-white colored white wine is sparkled through the process of natural fermentation, obtained from winemaking with Chardonnay grapes.

Characteristically clean to the nose it is delicate and fruity in fragrance; Harmonic and slightly acidic yet pleasant and lively in taste this wine is excellent with seafood and fish soups or as an aperitif.
Serve at a temperature of between 6-8°C.
