The Cantina della Riforma
Fondiaria BRANCASI was born in the heart of
D.O.C., Brindisi in 1980. Situated approximately seven
kilometers north of the city, it gathers its selected
grapes from almost 350 members.
These grapes are gathered from winegrowers over a
surface area of approximately 500 hectares, who cultivate
the native vines, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera of
this region.

Since
the times of the Roman Empire, Brindisi was the most
important center of the Mediterranean because to its
wine and oil commerce.
Situated in the same area of the Brancasi Winery are
two beautiful districts, Apani and Giancola, adjacent
to the Torre Guaceto road, which housed the ancient
kilns for the manufacturing of the terracotta amphora's
used to transport wine and oil to the Orient.
With great respect
for this noble and ancient tradition and with the
aid of the most modern and ecological technology,
the Brancasi Cooperative dedicates itself with great
obligation, passion and commitment in producing wines
of the utmost quality.
